WORLDWIDE TELEPHONIC INC.
REGARDING
THE PROVISION OF BUSINESS INFORMATION ON ASIA
VIA INTERNET THROUGHOUT THE WORLD
THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK, with Headquarters located in the Philippines and WORLDTEL based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada have signed a Memorandum of Agreement regarding the provision of business information of Asia via Internet throughout the World.
ASIA accounts for 30% of world trade and this share is likely to increase to 60% within the next 10 years.
Internet technology is offering a new vehicle to promote development, research, education, communication, trade, and investment more rapidly, more effectively, and at lower cost than before.
ADB is involved in the dissemination of information throughout Asia on ADB services, business opportunities, project profiles, news releases, consulting and procurement guidelines, technical assistance, co-financing and other basic information.
The parties agree to disseminate their respective information freely and indiscriminately to all ADB member countries.
