WorldTel has signed up a Strategic Business Partnership with INFOSTATS (M) SDN. BHD, a subsidiary of Dataprep Holdings Bhd. Both Malaysian firms are in the information technology business including networking and value added services focusing on financial information distribution in Malaysia. All signatories are interested in further regional market expansion in Asia and the world. Signing on behalf of INFOSTATS/Dataprep was Mr. Ronald Leong, President-Infostats and Mr. Barclay Hambrook signed on behalf of WorldTel.

INFOSTATS (M) SDN. BHD. now becomes a member of WorldTel MIT (Marketing, Investment, Trading) Network. The MIT Network has been involved in expanding trade and improving economics, employment and investment throughout Asia and the World.

These major developments enhance WorldTel's participation in international trade and investment.
